We felt most comfortable in this hotel on our trip.The service was very good, as was the furnishings of the rooms and the cleanliness there.The style is more functional than aesthetically planned, but it didn't reduce our satisfaction.The location is great and the hotel is very quiet despite its central location!Suggestions for restaurants and bars are given to you, which is great for orientation.A laundry service is available (100mxn/laundry)Suggestions for improvement:- a tight door to the toilet, there was only a wooden barrier that completely lets in noise;- English language skills of the staff would have made communication easier;- expand the breakfast menu or leave it out completely;- Unfortunately, the terrace in front of the room was not usable due to many mosquitoes
I have to say that staying here was amazing. First all the good stuff about it. The staff is super lovely and they give you always the welcome with a warm embrace. No matter the time they were always happy to help you with all the amenities and stuff like that. We showed our interest for and old book that was exhibited there. My partner and I asked to one of the member of the staff if it was any chance to buy it. Very friendly, he told us that we had to speak with Guinno ( their manager). I spoke with him, he was extremely friendly and started telling us the story of why all those books are there. Telling us the whole story of the building ( the hotel). Long story short. He gave us the book for free! We insisted on paying him back. But he didn’t accept at all.Not just for that I am giving to them 5 stars. When you are traveling you want to feel completely and king of at home. Attitude and environment at the hotel gave us that.Thank you so so much for that!Only thing to improve is that the bathroom was a bit dusty and we found hairs in the floor. In the first night the bedsheets of my in-laws room were a bit stained. We complained about it and they sorted out the problem.
We loved this place. Stayed an extra night. No parking on site but we found a safe spot just around the corner. We brought our two dogs and it’s always a CF to get checked in… but it went very smoothly and an excellent greeting at the door from the owner/operator. Our room was fabulous! #7 Bathtub & Walk in Shower. Long lasting hot water. Plus an added bonus of a small patio/terrace overlooking the pool area. We highly recommend this beautiful hotel right in heart of it all. Continental breakfast servicing coffee with fresh fruits & juices, baked goods, cereals & toast.
Two nights were spent peacefully and beautifully in this hotel. The staff is very polite, friendly and helpful. The manager of the hotel is very kind and polite, he is symbol of He is a symbol of honor, peace and meditation ;You feel like you are at home.
Excellent service from all staffThe location is fantasticThe rooms are very comfortable and have everything you need, the refrigerator is a plus that everyone appreciates in Mérida.There is no parking at the hotel but you can park around the corner
Just perfect. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, the location is great, and the staff are some of the kindest and most helpful people I've seen at a hotel. Wish we had stayed a whole week.

Very friendly staff, excellent location (totally central). Very well equipped and modern rooms. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the showers were also very good, and completely soundproofed. The pool is also very good for cooling off. I highly recommend it!
This hotel is absolutely amazing. It is very centrally located within walking distance to amazing restaurants and lots of action, but the hotel itself has a very chill, tranquil, zen vibe. Gino and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always greeting with a smile and very personable! The pool is perfection with lots of shade to escape the afternoon heat! The continental breakfast was delicious and they have great coffee - a perfect start to the day! The rooms and the common areas are all very well kept and clean. We were a few days shy of the opening of their yoga studio, so can’t wait to come back soon for that! I would recommend this hotel hands down!
This place is AMAZING! Exceed the expectations and Gino and the team went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Very friendly staff is the heart of making the stay so pleasant. Also, this hotel is very well located and the room was very quiet.We were in one of the rooms with balcony and that was very beautiful, spacious and clean. We have been in many places but this is one of our favorite. The pool is very refreshing and relaxing specially in a 90 degree day. In top of everything, they offer coffee and water as a treat every day. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday and they had special surprise for us.
We absolutely adored this hotel. The best one we stayed on during the three weeks we traveled the Yucatán. The room was so lovely immaculately clean with perfect amenities and so very quiet. I can’t tell you how much I appreciated a quiet room at night. That’s something that can be hard to find even in nice hotels. The pool at first seemed unassuming, but it became our best friend by day two as it’s hot! It is absolutely lovely. The hosts were so kind as well offering amazing coffee in the morning and so helpful. The location is superb with everything you need just blocks away. If you want incredible bread and pastries make sure to try SOCO around the corner. We thought we would only stay two nights and we stayed for four because we were so comfortable and happy here. Thank you so much to all the people that work there and made our stay perfect.
Amazing hotel, absolutely great! Great people, great location, and superbly helpful. Definitely choose this hotel for your next trip to Merida!! The pool was really tranquil, the rooms spacious with excellent AC, the staff always around if you need help with anything.If you like food, there are plenty of amazing restaurants within at most a 10 minute walk, but plenty just 3 minutes away.Can't recommend this place enough!
Si están buscando un lugar limpio, bonito y con detalles hermosos además de una gran atención, no duden en hospedarse en Acqua, es un lugar súper agradable y con una excelente ubicación , habitaciones hermosas desde la normal hasta las delux, con camas y almohadas muy reconfortantes, tuvimos oportunidad de que nos enseñaran cada habitación y todas son bellísimas, las de la planta alta tienen tina y son muy grandes, todas tienen pantalla, aire, y secadora de cabello, se nota el trabajo y la dedicación de Gino es un excelente anfitrión, al igual que todas las chicas de recepción súper lindas las 3 que me tocaron, siempre atentas al servicio, tiene de cortesía todo el día agua, infusiones y café, que por cierto es exquisito , y las infusiones son de calidad y muy ricas. Él área de la alberca está muy cómoda y cuidada, tendrán restaurante ya me imagino lo bonito, rico y la gran atención que tendrán. Gracias por la mejora que nos hicieron, ame mi estancia aquí, ya quiero regresar 🫶🏼
Hotel boutique.Excelente opción de hospedaje para estar en los principales atractivos del centro de Merida, ubicado en la calle 60.Lugar bonito, limpio y con una atmósfera privada y acogedora; Gino es un gran anfitrión por su gran calidad y calidez en el servicio al turista.
Una impresionante casona renovada con los mejores cuidados en la mejor ubicación. Es muy agradable disfrutar de la calma cerca su hermosa alberca!Best location, an impressive historic mansion renovated with care, to rest arount its beautiful pool is a must do!
Extraordinario Hotel, con muchos detalles en la habitación que hacen del descanso un verdadero deleite, lo visité a las pocas semanas que abrieron, esta nuevecito. El servicio es muy pero muy bueno, la ubicación excelente. Nos come ataron que pronto abrirán su restaurante con especialidad Italiana el cual no duda que será un deleite. El precio es muy accesible para la calidad de la habitación y el extraordinario servicio.
Desde que llegas se siente un ambiente confortable y tranquilo, el servicio que ofrece su personal es excelente, siempre atentos a las necesidades de los huéspedes. Tiene una excelente ubicación en el corazón de mérida ylas habitaciones así como las instalaciones tienen detalles que sin duda harán que quieras regresar pronto.100% recomendable.
